LifeNet NY is a community-based program providing specialty care air medical transport across New York state. We operate eleven rotor-wing bases across the state, as well as one fixed-wing base in Potsdam. We have continually operated in the Hudson Valley since 1992, first as Albany Medical Center’s MedFlight, which transitioned into the community-based program we have today. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS). Our crew consists of a Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic, and Pilot. In addition each aircraft has a certified mechanic assigned to it to provide 24/7 maintenance.
